Stefan Forsman giving lections in self-defense is
probably something very different from what you think.
The lections makes it much less likely that you end up
in a situation being attacked or raped.
This in itself is important but I personally think
the most important value of the lections are that they
stimulate the re-finding of ones dignity
(many people including myself has stamped on that ).
A healthy society can only be built of individuals bearing dignity
and safety in a society cannot be left to the
police as a substitute for dignity.
If you cannot defend yourself you cannot defend others.
